Role & approach
This project involved the redesign of both the B2C and B2B experiences of a bike leasing platform. As UX designer, I worked across the entire ecosystem; employees, employers, and bike dealers, in close collaboration with product owners and developers. A key part of the work was mapping customer journeys to digitise previously offline processes and integrate them consistently across the platform.
Problem
Bike leasing relied heavily on manual and offline steps between employees, employers, and bike dealers. Responsibilities were unclear, information was fragmented, and processes differed per stakeholder, resulting in delays, errors, and high support dependency.
Solution
A redesigned, role-based platform that digitises end-to-end leasing journeys across all stakeholders. The solution replaces manual handovers with digital steps, and creates a shared source of truth throughout the leasing process.
